College Credit and Advanced Placement
Advanced Placement (AP) Credit
- There is no maximum of credit awarded through AP examination.
- Students must have official scores sent to Dominican University attention Undergraduate Admission.

International Baccalaureate (IB) Credit
- Students must have scores of 4 or higher on higher level IB exams.
- Students may be awarded up to 30 semester hours of credit.

CLEP Credit
- Students must have official scores sent to Dominican University. Refer to the College Board’s website for more information.
- A maximum of 28 semester hours of credit may be granted with no more than 12 semester hours in one subject area.
