Soccer Championships. The Stars will play Loras College at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 21 in

Dominican University is preparing faculty, staff and students for the upcoming flu season. Those who live and work on campus are encouraged to take precautions to eliminate the spread of the H1N1 virus, formerly known as swine flu. Click here for more information.
Discover Dominican graduate open house
Dominican University's graduate schools will host an open house on Saturday, November 21. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. in the Parmer Hall Atrium. Come to learn more information about the Brennan School of Business, the Graduate School of Library and Information Science, the School of Education, the Graduate School of Social Work, and the School of Leadership and Continuing Studies.
Video about the Civil War digital collection
A digital collection of Civil War letters, documents and other materials is now available through the Dominican University library. The Noah Hart Papers consist of correspondence from Captain Noah Hart to his wife Emily Julia Peck Hart. Professor presents lecture on Arshile Gorky

Research (NAASR).
Current art exhibit reviewed

The O'Connor Art Gallery's current exhibition, "Site Unspecific," was reviewed in the
Chicago Art Review. The show runs through December 13 and features recent work by Heather
Mekkelson, Mara Baker and others. The gallery, located on the fourth floor of Lewis Hall, is open
Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Jeffery Cote de Luna exhibits recent work

Jeffery Cote de Luna, professor of painting and drawing at Dominican, is exhibiting his recent
work at the Riverside ARTS Center. His exhibit, "New Paintings: Remixed and Reset," was included in
a review about art that is putting a new spin on pointillism.
