Theology Professor Dr. Craig A. Ford Jr. Named 2024-25 Lund Gill Chair
Dr. Craig A. Ford, Jr., assistant professor of theology and religious studies at St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, will join Dominican University as next year’s Lund Gill Chair in the Rosary College of Arts and Sciences.
The announcement was made by Dean of the Rosary College of Arts and Sciences Chad Rohman.
Dominican University Presents Honorary Degrees to Sinai Chicago CEO Dr. Ngozi Ezike and Financial Leader Adela Cepeda
Leaders in health care and financial wellbeing were recognized by Dominican University with honorary degrees during commencement ceremonies this year.
Dr. Ngozi Ezike, CEO of Sinai Chicago health system, and Adela Cepeda, chair of Angeles Investors, were each presented with honorary doctorate degrees on Sunday, May 5. Ezike addressed the undergraduate class and Cepeda addressed graduate degree recipients during afternoon ceremonies at the Rosemont Theatre.
Brianna Yanga Recipient of 2024 Mulroy Award for Academics and Leadership
Brianna Yanga, a fashion design and merchandising major, is Dominican University’s recipient of the 2024 Dorothy Reiner Mulroy Award.
Since 1983, the award has recognized graduating seniors who have demonstrated outstanding academic ability and leadership during their years at Dominican.
