Matthew Toles ’97 promoted to senior vice president at PNC Bank

PNC Bank announced the promotion of Matthew Toles ’97 to senior vice president, sales and client experience manager for PNC Retail Banking in Greater Chicago and Wisconsin. He will lead a team of regional sales, service, and support managers responsible for developing and executing PNC’s strategy to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to new and existing clients.
Matthew brings almost 24 years of financial services experience including retail and business banking to his new role. Most recently, he served as merchant service market manager for PNC Merchant Services for greater Chicago and Wisconsin.
Matthew earned a Juris Doctor degree from UIC Law School and a bachelor's degree in European studies and political science from Dominican University.
Matthew is an active volunteer in several PNC community programs and leads efforts internally to support diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, mentoring and professional development. Matthew is the co-chair of the PNC Chicagoland Diversity and Inclusion Council. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Dominican University and has served on the boards of the Chicago Loop Alliance and Resurrection Medical Center.
