Meredith Watkins

Dr. Watkins has been a nurse since 2009.  Her background is in emergency department nursing.  With over a decade of experience as a nurse educator, Dr. Watkins has taught both in the hospital and academic settings.  Her research and passion are to utilize active learning in the classroom to promote clinical judgment in pre-licensure nursing students and to equip the next generation of nurse educators to utilize innovative education practices in nursing.
