Managing Partner and co-founder of Guggenheim Partners. Guggenheim is a global diversified financial services firm which owns: Guggenheim Investments, a $300 billion investment management company; Guggenheim Securities, a full service securities firm and mergers and acquisitions advisor; and passive investments in life insurance and annuity companies. Mr. Irvin is a member of Guggenheim’s Office of the CFO, the Financial Planning Committee, the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Human Capital Committee and an Executive Sponsor of Diversity and Inclusion. Mr. Irvin was formerly Vice President and head of Product Management for The First National Bank of Chicago’s securitization business. Prior to that Mr. Irvin was in the Law Department of The First National Bank of Chicago, focusing on complex secured lending transactions and securitization transactions.
