In the News: Grad School Alum Named Principal of Queen of Martyrs School

Stephen Davidson MAT ’09 will join Queen of Martyrs Catholic School in Evergreen Park as its new principal on July 1, the school announced.

“I am excited to step into this new leadership role and I look forward to working with our teachers and parents to provide an amazing academic experience and Catholic education for our students,” Davidson said in a June 8, 2023 statement from the school.

Since 2020, Davidson has served as principal of IC Catholic Prep in Elmhurst, where he was previously the school’s assistant principal since 2017.

Prior to receiving his Master of Education in secondary education and teaching from Dominican University, Davidson received a bachelor’s degree from University of Notre Dame with majors in theology, philosophy and Spanish. He also holds a Master of Arts in school leadership from Concordia University.
