Sponsorship Opportunities

The ¡El Futuro Is Here! 2025 will convene over 200 students, faculty, staff, administrators, and campus ministers from across the country. Sponsors and exhibitors will have the opportunity to engage over 100 student leaders who are protagonists on their respective campuses, along with over 50 institutions (majority Catholic colleges and universities) that are committed to culturally responsive university practices.

Sponsorship Levels

St. Dominic ($4,000)

Sponsor Dinner Feature: Your institution's name will be verbally recognized before the meal, and posted signs will recognize your institution's name and logo. 

Direct Sponsor for Student Activities: Sponsors will be given the opportunity to engage in student-only evening activities. Sponsors will have direct access to students by sponsoring an evening activity, e.g., ice cream social, bonfire at the Grotto, or dessert bar.

Direct Sponsor for Student Activities: Share your institution's mission by sponsoring a breakfast, lunch, or coffee break. Posted signs will recognize your institution's name and logo.

St. Rosa of Lima ($1,000)

Share Your Mission + Vision: Posted signs will recognize your institution's name and logo. Additional benefits include:

Exhibitors ($500)

Opportunities to table and interact with conference participants during meals, breaks, and special events during the conference (Receive a 4' x 6' table with two chairs)

Exhibitors are welcome to participate in conference sessions. Exhibitor list will be included in printed program book and welcome folders.
