Kesha Burch is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than fifteen years of professional experience as a therapist, entrepreneur and educator on psychological health. Her practice is a mixture of traditional office based clinical psychotherapy and a community based consultative practice with various Chicagoland agencies and organizations. Ms. Burch is a graduate of both The University of Michigan (Psychology) and Northwestern University (Counseling Psychology). Ms. Burch is committed to the training and education of high quality clinicians. She is an adjunct professor at Dominican University, a clinical associate and preceptor for the master's program in counseling psychology at Northwestern University's Family Institute, and a member of the Advisory Board for the Clinical Counseling Program at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Ms. Burch's clinical interests include health psychology, family crises, women's issues and the impact of culture on mental health.
Colette Marie Davion earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership in 2012 and Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution in 2014, both at Dominican University. In 2012, Davion was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. Until August of 2014, Davion worked as a Graduate Assistant to the Director of Academic Programs and the Assistant Provost in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies. She now acts as the Assistant Program Coordinator for Continuing Studies programs in the College of Applied Social Sciences. Davion teaches Adult Learning Seminar, Professional Ethics and occasionally supervises the MCR 690 Maywood Courthouse practicum. Davion also currently volunteers at the Maywood Courthouse, mediating landlord/tenant disputes. She is a former member of Dominican’s Diversity Committee and has volunteered as a campus judicial mediator. Her previous work experience includes more than 10 years’ experience in sales and promotion, customer service, and market development.
Monica Halloran has worked at Dominican since 2006 and has held several roles supporting adult and graduate students both in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies and in the College of Applied Social Sciences. She is currently the Assistant Dean of Student Support Services for CASS and acts as the program coordinator for its Continuing Studies Programs (MCR, BLS, BHS). Monica earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in 2006 at Dominican University. She has taught introductory SPCS classes as well as social science courses in social justice, professional ethics, the art of leadership, and the adult human perspective. Her early years of work included not-for-profit management, health and fitness, prison ministry and for-profit education in the paralegal field. In addition, she is a mediator for Title IX, co-chairs the Employment Affairs Committee of the Staff Assembly and is involved in local sustainability initiatives. She has a husband, four grown daughters and she lives in Oak Park.
