Tuition and Aid
Dominican University is committed to making the cost of higher education accessible to all students. In fact, we’re ranked the #1 Best Value in the Midwest by the prestigious U.S. News & World Report. Our associate degree is designed as a low-cost, high-impact program, providing a career-focused, liberal arts degree to students with limited financial resources.
The table below represents the cost of attendance and will not be representative of your out-of-pocket costs. For instance, if you receive the full Federal Pell Grant and State of Illinois MAP Grant, your net cost of attendance will be just $5,200. Loans and payment plans are available to assist students in financing their education. Your tuition and fees include the cost of living on campus in year one of the program, a daily meal plan, laptop and UPass.
Aid eligibility is determined by an evaluation of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Dominican University's code is 001750. Students who are ineligible to file the FAFSA and are Illinois residents can complete the Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid
To be eligible for federal or state aid, students must be United States citizens or permanent residents. To remain eligible for financial aid, students must maintain satisfactory academic progress and continue to demonstrate need on financial aid applications submitted annually.
