Vision Insurance

Dominican offers a stand alone vision insurance through EyeMed. You may elect coverage for yourself, spouse and dependent children under the age of 26. Please consult the 2024 Benefits Guide (links to external site) on page 23 for general coverage details as well as rate information.

Also, we have attached a short vision video (links to external site) that goes over all of the details related to our stand alone vision plan as well as the vision discounts embedded into our PPO, HMO and HDHP plans. Please note that if you are choosing the PPO Blue Choice medical plan and you would like vision coverage, you must choose the stand alone vision plan.
